The project I paid thousands of dollars for was substandard in that the final finish on the outside has substantial. Areas that are not caulked, flush or aesthetically sufficient. The size of the glass that was removed was 12” wide and was replaced with various sizes that vary from 5/16th to 6-1/4”. That type of important information was not communicated to me. Also, I communicated to both salesman & his manager who was here measuring that my flower garden was very important to me & to ask the installers to use caution & now my garden is totally destroyed due to trampling by installers. I have been very distraught since the windows were installed.
