Champion was easy to work with. I was impressed with their product. No high pressure sales pitch. They told us what to expect in terms of time and followed up when they went in production. The install process went smoothly and we were satisfied with the finished product. Anxious to see what my first utility bill looks like.

Both the front and back doors are very nice. The problem I've has is that the front door lock was defective. It also only had a deadbolt and no lower turn lock.No key would work and without a lower lock it could only be locked from the inside. It has been a couple weeks. This week the customer service manager came over with another man to install a temporary lock until one matching the back door could be installed. That's where we are now. I was asked to pay the full balance and sign a certificate of completion. I paid only $1000. I wrote on the paper that I would pay the remaining balance when the job was complete. I also don't like how I was treated by the customer service manager. I have withheld any public comments until now. I was a returning customer. That will not happen again.

The installation folks were on time, listened to directions, worked clean and cleaned up when they left. Everything was in order and I felt very confident with their abilities at the end of everything.

The project I paid thousands of dollars for was substandard in that the final finish on the outside has substantial. Areas that are not caulked, flush or aesthetically sufficient. The size of the glass that was removed was 12” wide and was replaced with various sizes that vary from 5/16th to 6-1/4”. That type of important information was not communicated to me. Also, I communicated to both salesman & his manager who was here measuring that my flower garden was very important to me & to ask the installers to use caution & now my garden is totally destroyed due to trampling by installers. I have been very distraught since the windows were installed.

I've had a large arch window replaced recently by Champion Windows of Raleigh and it has been a great experience from the start to the end.

Installation manager Mark F. kept in touch through the whole process explaining all the steps and also following up after the install to ensure my complete satisfaction.
The installation crew (Josue S., Primo L., Ever R.) showed up right on time, did an excellent job replacing the window and performed very thorough cleanup after the install.
