I only like to recommend when my overall experience has been good. While I believe I have quality windows and have had some great experiences with outstanding Champion employees, I am not thrilled about how the journey went from measuring to installing and the challenge of sharing my concerns and navigating through to completion. Communication/ problem solving is my main issue with Champion Windows. I hope this improves.

Communication was absolutely horrible. Had to harass to find out any information and people I was told to call never answered.
