After the contract was signed and the initial payment was made, the process fell apart. The salesman had no idea of what he was doing, but the spiel he provided in my home was outstanding. The follow-up was not. Any contact I managed to make with him was met with unprofessional rudeness. He would become very defensive and did not take any accountability for the lack of movement to get my 3-season room completed. He contacted me at one point indicating he had made a mistake and we would need to sign a new addendum to allow footers to be added to the job. This was completely wrong and he talked down to me in man-spaining what a footer was. I have been told he is no longer with the company~ GREAT move, however, no one followed up on his sale/my contract. Multiple calls to customer service (who were always delightful) went unanswered. When i finally got the attention of a 'higher up', he seemed like he would get things resolved. Nope, again, his role was either eliminated or changed and my account landed with yet another person. I made more outreach attempts and FINALLY found someone who did move things along. The contract was signed on May 16, 2025, and we were advised the job would be completed within 6-8 weeks (but likely sooner), so potentially by July 4.
The work was completed on SEPTEMBER 22. It was a one-day demo-build. it is UNEXCUSABLE that this simple job took this long to get completed.

These windows are so much nicer and much more efficient than the ones that were in the house, and the best ones on the market for efficiency and value. I highly recommend Champion and the salesman Todd for any window or door that's needed. We will be calling in the future to have the doors on our house replaced,we also own a house on the next street over that were going to have Champion replace all windows and doors on in the future.

You put the wrong door on and were gonna leave it like that until I spoke up. As of typing the wrong door is still on and no one has reached out to me

Very poor communication. Our first salesman left the complany then I requested quote for other windows and new salesman scheduled then never showed or called.

Language barrier was a big deal.This morning,Sunday, I tilted a window in to clean the outside- OFF IT CAME! I struggled to get it back in position and decided that the 5800 dollars I spent was a waste.I wanted these windows so I could clean them. Now I can't because they are proving to be so unreliable. By the way,I was cleaning that window to get the big smears off that were left by the installers.

I would tell people how great my windows are. But to shop around. So then they can see the difference between companies.

The team that installed the siding was amazing. But I could not reach anyone at champion from the moment I signed the contract till the installation team called me. I called the number provided and spent 45 minutes on three separate occasions on hold only for it to hang up on me. I even emailed and never heard back from anyone from champion. My order for my siding wasn’t correct for the installation team which did help with the time frame of the project being completed. If it wasn’t for the installation team and how wonderful they were, I would have given champion a 0 out of 10 on this review. I hope your communication becomes a lot better, because I’m scared to find out what happens when I need to call on my warranty.

I found it almost impossible to get a live person to talk with once we had signed contract. Rob had I think health issues and the lady we had finally signed our contract with took on another job. Eventually A gentlemen Neil called and he was available by phone.
