They are very professional and my satisfaction was of the utmost importance to them. Price was good.

It's very hard to recommend a roofer in this area since there are no required inspections! I was not able to inspect the roof sheathing replacement or the dry in before it was quickly covered up. Without pictures or being able to watch the entire process how do I really know if the sheathing is staggered, the nailing is to standards and all the proper underlayments were used. That said, I am hard to please and a former Florida General Contractor and these guys are the better of what I have seen in this region of Virginia. 5 stars should not be given based on how the finished product looks but the entire process!

The roof is great. However, in the process they removed my gutter guards for some reason voiding my warranty. Now my gutters leak and I’m out $8k because the gutter company won’t honor the warranty. I guess I should have paid better attention to what they were doing.

Professional contact staff, well planned out process for doing the roofing, roofers were quick and very skilled, clean up was good, their follow up with the customer is great, and they were a good priced product company. Not the cheapest, and not the most expensive, but the best with sales personnel and roofers.

I was very, very upset with the salesman and the project manager. The workers did a great job, but they failed to tell me they were not going to fix the vent that goes to the gas that vents the air out. I see them back, and it's leaking. I was told they do not do that and that my salesperson should have told me that. When I called the salesman, he told me not to make a mountain out of a molehill, or some country quote like that. They were going to put that leaking back up there. I was going to have to call someone to get them to rip the brand-new shingles up from around it and replace the vent because they did not tell me that. Luckily I was able to find someone to go up there, which cost a lot of money to fix that before they put the new roof back up to fix what they could have done, but they did not tell me that they did not do that. That is why I would not recommend CENVAR Roofing. I am a realtor, and I would never recommend them for that because I would hate to have my client have to call somebody else to come up and finish doing the roofing job that they should have done or told me that they weren't going to do.

I have used them before, so I will use them again; I know they do good work. If I have any issues, I know they will come back out; they worked on my garage before.

I would high recommend them. Their customer service was work every penny. You can't find customer service like that anymore.
