Your people are totally out of touch with your pricing . $500. to replace a seal on a toilet is in no way reasonable.I said I had had a toilet done the same thing he wanted to do 1yr. ago replace the seal and the collar . I paid $200.00 for that job.I would never call your company again !!!!!

is it standard to hold a cooling unit up by a belt to prevent it from leaning? this belt slipped and was tighten to again to prevent it from leaking
