Workmanship and clean up was superb, but proactive communication at the beginning and throughout the project is an area for improvement.

After the Hardee board was installed, I noticed a chip on a batten revealing the white composite structure. Brian, our Sales Rep, came out to investigate and decided we needed a new batten, and it was replaced, good as new. Very satisfied with service after the sale.

We had a wonderful experience with Preferred Home Improvement! They replaced and installed all of our windows and completely transformed the front of our home from stucco to Hardie board. The results are absolutely beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier.

Three different teams were sent to my home to install a sliding door, install windows and replace a deck. Each team had expertise in their area and worked smoothly and efficiently.
