I greatly appreciated the service provided by Cantey Foundation Specialists. I was getting rain coming into basement so they were able to assist with installing gutters. I loved watching them install. The manager - Brandon- treated his employees very respectful, and they all seemed like family.

They are one of the most professional groups that I have dealt with in a long time. Starting with the estimator who came out and did the site study and prepared the quote, to the work crews and the two crew leaders, Chandler and Corey. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and seemed to enjoy their job. I can't say enough good things about them.

The employees and repairmen were very professional and were very nice to work with. I am very disappointed because The second estimator I spoke with had a different estimate than the first estimator, The cost went up by 2,500. I was thrilled believing that they would complete the work as we spoke about at first. I wanted my foundation-supported this is why I went with them. I feel the repairmen had more knowledge about the project than the estimators did. I wanted to show paperwork that I had paid for the foundation work because I know soon I will not be able to live alone for much longer.

One item was forgotten - a cover for the sump pump drain.

I would recommend Canty to all my friends and family. Great company to work with.

I'm so impressed with Cantey Foundation Specialists. From first working with Leigh Anne at the office as she was very patient and kind to me as I struggled to choose a company to repair my foundation. I had never had to spend this large amount of money on my home before. Leigh Anne walked me through the process, reassured me as I stressed about it, and made me feel much better about my choice between 3 companies I had gotten bids from. I chose Cantey because of Leigh Anne and it was a great experience throughout the whole process from the time the crew that was going to work on my home arrived at my front door until they completed the job. The crew superintendent, Daniel, introduced the crew very professionally; they were clean, polite, picked up after themselves, let me know when they were leaving and then.....saved me a little under $700 on the job by not using a larger beam under my living room that had originally been written up. Daniel came to my door on the first afternoon of work and told me about the savings and had me sign a document stating as such and I was shocked. Who does that? I've never had a repair company of any kind say it's than we quoted you. As we were going over the invoice the next day, I told Daniel he had a lot of integrity as I would have never known the difference had he never told me about the savings and the company could have had the profit. But they didn't do that. Daniel has integrity and is a honest person. What a refreshing thing in 2021. If I ever need foundation work again, I will always turn to Cantey Foundation Specialists!!!
