I was very disappointed in the service. The technician didn't seem to have a grasp on the issue and subsequently I had other companies come in and give me a proper diagnosis. It honestly didn't even seem like the technician tried. Very disappointing.

I didn't know who they were so I took a leap of faith from Sunrun. They did a terrific job. A week later we had torrential rains and not a leak in sight, so I believe they did the job very well.

I had to have foundation repair done about 10 years ago. They gave me a lifetime warantee but they are no longer in business. What can I do to fix a problem?
