They hire cheap subcontractors. Work has to be redone.

We were extremely satisfied, I had no idea what to expect and they were outstanding.

My project manager, Steve, was very good. I cannot thank him enough for what he did. He went above and beyond my expectations. Steve made sure everything was completed everything in a timely fashion.

Belfor itself (their people) were great, attentive, and very polite and professional. Their chosen contractors were another story! Even after I pointed out several issues, Belfor said they would resolve them, but still isn't resolved. Everytime I would mention anything towards the end, I would get an excuse from the contractors on why something couldn't be done or finished. Very unhappy. Finally signed off on everything just to be finished with everyone.

I would not recommend this company. They use cheap labor. They did not meet my expectations.

I wish I had used Bone Dry originally because their work was that good.
