We have sent letters to all of our clients advising them of our policies during this time as well as to our employees.
We have told employees, clients, and subcontractors to utilize the 6 foot rule when and if they find themselves in a group situation. We have staggered jobs so only one subcontractor is on premises at a time. Employees are stocked with hand sanitizer, wipes, etc. They have been told that if at any time they are not comfortable going in to a situation to notify the Production Manager. We have moved all of our office staff to work-from-home positions. We have established a group text that goes out to all employees so that they feel they are in the loop since we cannot meet in-person. Our office is closed to the general public at this time. We are taking sales calls. Initial appointments for sales are being done using virtual meetings and conference calls, when at all possible.
