When the installers came to install the window the first time, the window did not fit. Bone Dry had to reorder the window to fit the opening. Their communication on the follow up was lacking to say the least. I had to call Bone Dry to restablish contact.

A lawyer is the first place to start. Your builder should be insured for problems like this. If it is a big box builder then I am sure something in the corporate contract has an answer for this. You d ... read more

In all honesty, hire a professional electrician. They will know how to install the right equipment to be sure your fan remains where it belongs and is safely wired. Good luck!
