We had a wonderful experience with AHP! Everyone was super friendly from start to finish and continues to provide their assistance and support! They truly have fulfilled their promises!

Our assigned Project Manager Sergio Guarado is extremely knowledgeable, provides excellent customer service, easily accessible, very supportive, extremely patient with all of our questions and concerns, has treated the building of our home as if it were his home being built, and continues to provide extraordinary customer service. Obviously no build is one hundred percent perfect and without some mishaps or difficulties, but how those difficulties are handled, managed and resolved makes a difference. Sergio has and continues to address any issues or questions that we may have. He is following through on every commitment that American Home Place made to us as customers. Within the office as soon as Taylor Moore was assigned to us the process of picking out want we wanted, the paper work process, communication process was extremely easy. She provided frequent updates, kept us informed and answered any questions that we may have had. Needless to say once Sergio and Taylor were assigned to us the all of the issues that were occurring were addressed and we have received five star treatment. Both Sergio and Taylor are honest, trustworthy, kind, courteous and so very easy to work with. I would be remiss if I did not say that the original Project Manager that was assigned to us Rep Whiddon's words are completely untrustworthy and unbelievable. We are EXTREMELY thankful that Doug H. honored our request to remove Rep Whiddon from our build and allow us to keep Sergio even though he was new to AHP. Sergio exemplifies the true values that I believe AHP prides their business in. I am giving this a 5 rating primarily because of Sergio. I am giving this a 5 because of Sergio, he saved us from walking away after dealing with Rep's broken promises, misleads and lies.

I would recommend AHP to anyone

We would not hesitate to recommend AHP to a friend. The building process was seamless from beginning to end. You could not meet another group of people who you would feel had your best interest in mind from the beginning until the end If we were to build another home, AHP would be the first and only place we would go.

The entire process was wonderful, and everyone we worked with was great. From the sales team to the project management and construction teams, we felt supported and well taken care of throughout the entire experience. We would highly recommend American Home Place to others looking to build a new home.

There were a number of workmanship issues involving the contractors.

We felt the initial process was great and our site manager was very informative and responsive however felt some things were deceptive like single hung windows vs double hung with no mention in the paperwork. Also had changes made to redline after signed so was dissapointed in that also

When I first walked into the Knoxville office, I thought it was just another stop on my journey for a new house. Frank took his time explaining the benefits of AHP and their process. After some phone calls and another visit, he set me up with two homes under construction to go look at. Can't think of a better way to see thier attention to quality. Our next meeting resulted in the selection of my new home. Then it was time for the salesperson.
