We have already been recommending America's Home Place to friends. The overall experience from beginning to end was excellent. Every person that we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and so friendly at all times. The workmanship and finished home exceeded our expectations.

The build process was not the best and after the build no one has called or responded to emails ; regarding our concerns about electrical concerns. I read comments on line about the failure of AHP staff returning calls after home builds are completed. Next step is filing a complaint.

Absolutely everything is wrong with our home. It started off with the concrete and didn’t end until the last finish on the home no light switches in rooms electrical problems, framing problems, paint problems, fireplace, problems, cabinet problems, water problems I could go on and on and on, and you would not believe the videos and photos that I have of proof of how horrible of a home build this was I am still having problems and I’ve only lived here a few months and it is never ending. The concrete is so crooked and slanted that you can barely even walk on the sidewalk. I am scared to know all the problems that I don’t even know about yet.
