Look we are not new to building. We know there will always be problems and challenges. No builder is perfect. In the end we got a beautiful lake house that we will enjoy for years to come.

The America’s Home Place team in Statesville, North Carolina was amazing. They were supportive through every step in the process and we had the best build experience. Jill was incredibly helpful through the design process, Susan gave us tremendous insight and support as well as guidance regarding all the design options which can be overwhelming, and our build Lead Colin was on top of things every step of the way. We finished the build ahead of schedule and under budget. I would highly recommend America’s Home Place to anyone looking to build a home in the lake Norman, Statesville area.

We very much liked that it was a one stop shop, They were mostly aware of all the legalities of the process. Having them do all the legwork for well, septic, concrete , supplies ect. Was great! Having Tyler to talk with and how he kept us updated was wonderful. We appreciated the support to local businesses in the area... that is important. Building a home is one of life's top stressors, Americas Home Plan was probably one of the least problematic builds I have witnessed!

Everything was very communicated throughout the process. It was a great experience.

My family and I built 9 houses through AHP in the same neighborhood this year. I would recommend AHP to someone else based on the overall experience. There were a few things that were disappointing which I will get in to, but overall, the experience was pretty good.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Lance Anderson was phenomenal. He answered all of our questions and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Even after the fact of our house being done, we moved on to the final stage project manager who is supposed to get us through to our one-year follow-up, but Lance still reaches out to make sure everything is fine and is just phenomenal. He is great.

America's Home Place was great. They satisfied all of our expectations.

From the first day we walked into the office and talked to Mark Roberts who started helping else build our dream home to the day we closed, everyone was so kind and easy to work with us throughout the whole process.

This is the third house I have built with them. I would build with them again if the need arises.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Communication. The constant communication and the ability to talk to Caleb was exceptional. Also, during the final review you went over every inch of the house. Caleb noticed things I would not have noticed and made sure to get them fixed and you could tell he wanted to make sure to get you a good quality home.

We were a little fearful about building our forever home, AHP walked us through the process step by step. Helped us develop an amazing floor plan, double and triple checked with us during the design phase. Communication between our sales team and project manager was amazing. We watched as our dream home became real. We are extremely satisfied and live our new home.

If you are building a new home you should stay involved in the process. America’s Home Place allowed me to do that.
