We had an AMAZING experience! Our project manager, Jonathan, was on top of everything. He always responded promptly when contacted with questions and was always very thorough. The rest of the staff were great as well! Everyone was so helpful. Our house turned out great and they did just what we wanted! I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to build a home. As a first time home owner, they made this process so easy.

I am absolutely likely to recommend America's Home Place. We love our new home! Amanda was awesome! She helped us create a floorplan to fit our lifestyle. Heath did a great job communicating with us and kept us informed daily. His vast knowledge of home building definitley shows in his work.

Need more commutation for out of state clients. Builder trend was not great at all. Received more updates from neighbors. Had to request for updates including pics. Temporary electric was exhausting.. delay was with America Home Place electricians. We did not receive breakdown of this costs but assume that we ended up paying for generators due to AHP delays.

Everyone was really helpful and answered all my questions. They were very timely and I felt like that their goal was to make me happy with the end product.

America's Home Place is a great team to work with, from the sales department to design to the very end. Chris Kane is the best and most wonderful. Ryan Pless in sales worked with us, took his time, and did an awesome job. He was great. The whole thing was great.

They made the process as easy as it could be and they helped us recover after an initial bad experience with a bad company.

Given the overall cost and customization options of an AHP home versus other types of homes and providers, America's Home Place is the best value available in my opinion!

The quality of the build was great. The planning of the building by the construction manager was horrible.

I turned in a warranty page, and they came to look around. It's been two weeks, and I haven't heard anything about fixing the things that were not done correctly.

I would recommend AHP to friends and neighbors new to our development. I think the overall value and build quality is very good. The time to complete the build was reasonable and our project stayed on schedule with minimal problems. We've lived in our house for almost a year now and we've had no problems other than an AC issue that was quickly resolved.

Honest and friendly company with staff that will bend over backwards to accommodate you. We couldn't have been more satisfied with our entire experience, and the home AHP built for us was fantastic. We had some minor issues after build completion and AHP also took care of them immediately under warranty and the resolutions exceeded our expectations. This was not our first custom home build, and AHP surprised me by exceeding what I thought was already a very high standard that I had experienced at another company.

I have referred many people to americas home place

Having never built a home before, I have no comparison to go by so take this as you will. We had a vision in mind for our home. We spent around a year meeting with builders trying to get what we wanted within the budget we had. When America's home Place released the Shilo floor plan, we circled back around to America's Home Place. This floor plan was fairly close to what we were looking for. With the help of America's Home Place, we were able to adjust the floor plan to meet 99% of our wishes. This will be our forever home so we wanted to get the 'bang for our buck' and we got it!
The building process is stressful. We lived on site while our home was being built. We monitored everything as it was going on. Picking up on the small things and reporting them before they became big things. We found things along the way that we wish we would've thought about in the planning phase and these changes cost money. Is the building process fool proof?! Nope, The team at America's Home Place strive to help the owner through the process. I think I've gone grey from the process but am happy with the end result. We've been in 4 months now and we get compliments about our home all them time. Happy to be in my forever home.

Never talked to any salesperson after we made our selection. No one ever told us Ryan had left until after our house was finished at our closing.

I have let all of my family and friends know how satisfied we are with our home and the building process.
