Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the overall project. The salesman was not pushy, the proce was perfect for what we needed. The contrctors were excellent they got the job done in 1 day verus the 2 they had said they needed. The windows are beautiful and are saving su alot of energy. We plan to use them again in the future!

Areas Of Satisfaction - Customer service was awesome. The contractors were on time, kept clean work space and very little noise. I work from home and was prepared to have my work disrupted but that did not happen. I have already recommended American Windows to my friends.

The install with the windows there was a few debris and stuff left outside, but beyond that, they did a good job. They also kept to their schedule which was important to us.
