Hard to responses thru email, big mistake made at closing that delayed key delivery for almost a week.Thousans of emails asking for stuff, why a single email with a complete list of items is so hard to put together?Escalated my problet to executives, just one answer saying: “ the regional manager will call you”. She never bother on picking up the phone and call.Do yourself a favor and shop around for other companies.This coyld have been a much better experience.
I wasn’t satisfied with the customer service provided by the loan officer. I talked to her about three times during the process and that’s because I called her. She didn’t follow up with me or keep me informed on the process or updates on the loan. My realtor had to call her to find out. Being that I was a first time homebuyer I expected a bit more enthusiasm for the loan officer.

I just want to say, even though I thought my situation was a complete mess. ( being denied from another company ) the guy at alliance , ( JOESPH CHRISTENSEN & DEREK CHUBINSKY ) told me what was instore from the get go. they never said no and worked real hard at it. This is the most disorganized company with poor data security practices. We had to provide the same documents multiple times and were told not to use their document portal because it didn’t work. Instead we were asked to send pii data through gmail.

This was a very difficult closing which scared away my major bank. Estranged wife would not cooperate and Alliance worked around this situation and provided all papers required to close. I could have gotten better terms elsewhere, but Alliance's willingness to work with me made this buyout of joint owned property possible.
