Out of all the people that came here to give me quotes, they were the only ones that actually came back multiple times to see if there was anything else they could do. They were really helpful and I liked their professionalism. I like when they pay attention to their customer.
I have been very happy with the work and it looks great.
Areas For Improvement - They really exceeded my expectations. The only issue that we had, and it may not even have been their fault, was that we kept getting nails in my wife's car tires, but everyone was getting their roofs done at the time so it could've fallen off any truck. I would just say that, if it was from them, maybe be better about cleaning up nails.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I was satisfied with Craig O'Neal, our lead onto the company. He really communicated well and was always explaining thoroughly if we had any questions or reservations, and he didn't try to push anything on us, he just told us the truth and what to expect and I really appreciated the honesty.
Recognized Excellence - Craig O'Neal did an amazing job.
I was satisfied with everything and happy about everything, but the clean-up could have been paid more attention.

Current Referrals - I can't think of anyone who needs a roof redone at this time. If anyone were to ask, I'd definitely recommend them.
