Problem of condensate pump line leakage was resolved at service visit, but is now leaking again. Will need to schedule another appt to fix this issue. Disappointed this is happening again. Very disappointed this has happened twice on a new unit installed in July 2017.

Our experience with Cunningham's was terrific. Not only did they do an amazing job with our rugs, returning them in beautiful shape, but they also did an amazing job with upholstery. The thing that sets them apart, though, is the professionalism and friendliness of their staff.

What can be done to remedy a home with issues related to an EIFS stucco system? Can you re-do the front of the house with another material (i.e. Stone, etc)

Many of the EIFS issues we see are related to improper flashing, etc. These types of issues can be repaired by removing EIFS in affect area installing PROPER flashing as patching EIFS. Done by a pro ... read more
