The price was unconscionably high. I suspect they can get away with that because they usually bill insurers and not individual homeowners, as was the case with our job.

it took several days for work to get started, My one request was that the door latch closed so it couldn't get caught by wind and rip off the hinges again.......the door did not latch closed when they were done. They came back and made it so hard to open the door, you could hurt your arm trying to get in. Trucks came up on my yard and there are still track marks on the yard today although much better than a year ago. The concrete and siding work was done nicely. I wish I had a better experience, I'm always needing work done at my home or my rental

We live in a townhouse that had a pipe burst while we were away. VRS came and remediated the water issues promptly and effectively. After being contracted for repairs and changes, we were given a schedule for the work. It was to be completed in about 4.5 weeks while we were out of state. Upon our return, the workmanship on the tile, carpet, spackling, and painting was unsatisfactory and minor parts were incomplete. While the work was redone and satisfactory, it took an extra two weeks. VRS's resolution for these issues was $250 + $50 for breakage taken off an almost $15,000 bill that didn't include the water mitigation bill that the insurance company paid directly to them.

They were professional and did a really good job.
