Dave from A.J. Perri was great! He was knowledgable and helped us get through a tough experience of trying to get a thermostat installed. Even though the Nest was not compatible with my system, the end result was still trying every possible way to make it work based on his experience.

Is a contractor responsible for returning things to their rightful state even if its out of the scope of their contract?
