Stonehearth Remodeling   We are very glad that you love your home and the results are nice. We feel horrible that your experience was less than stellar with our firm. We strive to have excellent communication and project record keeping. Since this project was completed (almost 10 months ago) we have invested in an industry leading project management program that tracks every single text message, email, selection and project change (whether financial or schedule or both) to ensure that all of the project details are available to our clients, suppliers, subcontractors and employees. This information along with a detailed project schedule, is visible to the client and all of our team members at all times. This way everyone knows what is happening each day. Quality is SUPER important to us and as such, we are careful who we hire. Despite recommendations from other contractors, we too were very disappointed in the quality of the painting and lack of professionalism. In keeping with our quality standards, we hired another painting firm (at our expense) to finish the project and correct the mistakes. Although we are saddened and disappointed that you had a negative experience, we are very glad that you are happy with the results. We have made changes to the vendors that we use and more importantly to the screening we perform prior to hiring a vendor for the first time. We stand behind our work and will do what ever it takes to provide a quality finished product. We have confirmed that our flooring supplier has ordered the materials necessary to fix your floor and will make sure that this repair is completed. We have no idea what happened to your ladder and in 20 years of business have never had a member of our team take anything from a project site, but we replaced it (without question) as a gesture of good faith. Our client relationships are of utmost importance to us and again we are so very sorry that your experience was negative. Our team has met several times over the past 10 months and made numerous changes (in addition to those outlined above) to ensure that these issues are addressed and will not be repeated on future projects.
