We love our Steven's fine home! This is our 2nd in Mallory Creek but our first brand new home. Randall, Christine, Dennis and Scott made the process as easy as could be and they always made sure our questions or concerns were answered as quick as possible. We love our new home and are so happy that we made the decision to upgrade to another Steven's fine home!!

Stevens Fine Homes is simply the best! From start to finish, they did it all and did it well. Living in a different city, they worked with my schedule to get things done. Lauren was amazing the whole time, keeping me updated with not only information on the house but also pictures throughout the process. Starr was very detailed-orientated when we did the walkthrough and fixed stuff that we wouldn't have even known about if he hadn't said anything. They still check in on us even though we have already moved in. 5-star rating for sure!

Stevens built the house exactly as I wanted which involved a lot of customization but still came in ahead of schedule and with great quality and customer service. Superintendent Scott and Mallory Creeks Randal and Christine are awesome to work with!
The house they built is great and they're really kind until you get in the house. Make sure you get everything done on the punch list prior to getting the keys. I'm not the only one who's had this experience. It's a common theme. Once you get the keys and they get their sell, you're not important to them anymore. They'll push you off till you make a major fuss and complain a lot. The paint they use inside the house is the cheapest you can get. I have to repaint my entire inside of my house because if you accidentally just touch the wall, it leaves a mark. For all the quality they put into other stuff, they skim on the paint. Also, they need a new carpet contractor. Have stepped on more tacks in the carpet than I have in any other house I've been in.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with salespeople and the design people. They helped me through everything with buying my first home, they answered my questions and walked me through it. The contractors were great as well, they walked me through it and showed me what was happening during each stage of building the home.
