We hired Stephen C Gidley for a large remodeling project that required carpenters, painters, plumbers, and a mason. Everyone who came to our home was exceptionally friendly and professional and their work often exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a GC!

Areas Of Satisfaction - How epical he was, very professional and straight forward. He handled any issues very well. He was always available to stop by whenever we needed him, or he always made himself available.
We used Stephen Gidley on 3 projects. We twice replaced our flat roof (the second time because of a tree falling on it, not due to a problem with the first job) and had new windows installed. Each time Mr. Gidley was prompt, professional, and an excellent communicator about the work that was to be done. His workers are experienced and friendly. We would definitely recommend him.
Areas Of Satisfaction - We especially appreciate the fact that the job is completed on time, and there are no surprises or add-ons. Mr. Gidley's experience enables him to accurately estimate the time and cost, and to anticipate possible contingencies. We also appreciate his ability to work with insurance companies where they are involved.
