I have recommended them many times.
I was very pleased with the roof experience, however, after a heavy rain, multiple nails ended up falling off the roof from a not too stellar job of cleaning was done. I ended up with roofing nails in one tire, and one nail in another.
I have a flat rooftop deck that had leaks. I contacted many roofing companies, with only a few contacting me back. I contracted with another roofer, but once I signed the contract, did not hear back from them and had to follow up several times. Meanwhile Roofing and More provided a very professional estimate and was impressed from the get-go. Pricing was very fair, so I signed the contract even though I ran the risk of losing my deposit with the other roofing company. It was worth the change. From the start, Roofing and more provided excellent communication regarding my project. When my specs were in review, they discovered that the suggested membrane of the roof provided was insufficient, so they suggested a much better product and had some available. Normally it would cost more, but kept the pricing the same. Unfortunately, I had to wait until Spring for completion of job due to temperature and adhesives needed for my project. Due to this delay, Roofing and More at no cost to me, provided a temporary fix to fix the leaks at no cost to me. Long Review, but I am very satisfied with Roofing and More. I would hire them again! They are friendly and polite. They joyfully answer questions or concerns from the homeowner, no matter how big or small. Kyle and his employees have a heart for the customer, they take pride in their workmanship, and strive to make the customer happy. If I recall, the past Project Managers working on my roof were Dwayne Walker and Rob Johnson. Both gentlemen were polite, very knowledgable and promptly answered my questions regarding the jobs.

Flexability of dates for service
I was most satisfied with Nathan because he has been very responsive and never minded doing more than what his own job called for. He aims to please and he wants to ensure the job is done very well.
I would like to recognize Nathan for always being responsive, the office staff for always being upbeat and cheery, and the foreman for our project for always being very nice. You never felt like you were bothering anyone because everyone just wants to make sure the job is done well.
