I would not hesitate to recommend someone to consider River Pools.

Project coordinators and gas contractor(a disaster) were frustrating, everything else was handled great!

The service we received from River Pools of Salt Lake was very poor. We will not be recommending them to anyone and will be sending referrals to other pool installers.

I love the pool offered by River Pools, and the installation detailed out in the "The River Pools Way", but I would be hesitant to recommend to a friend without cautioning them to closely monitor the installation and to be cautious about payment timing to better control/negotiate on the work being done.

They were not very good at communicating. If I did not email or call and ask about updates, they never would. I felt like I was always in the dark about what was going on, who was going to show up and when.

I already have recommended River Pools to others. It was a rather pleasant experience working with River Pools.

Couple or minor issues and upselling to cover requirements that should have been addressed in the original contract, but aside from that extremely happy with the company.

Will recommend to everyone I know looking for a pool

River Pools of SLC are awesome and very attentive to their customer. We were very pleased.

My pool was installed in less than 4 months, right in the middle of Covid 19. Eric and Christine (Owners) are really great to work with. The quality of my R36 Caribbean Sparkle is a 10/10. The installers and support staff were responsive and timely. We couldn't be happier with the end product. It's a friend, family and grandkid magnet. Get a pool heater for an extended swimming season and an automatic cover for safety, pool cleanliness and heat retention. I highly recommend River Pools!

River Pools of Salt Lake City is an outstanding organization. We would do it over again. The end result is better than expected. A nice surprise is how quiet and efficient the pump, filter, and heater are.
This particular team over-communicated. We always knew exactly what was happening and what was next. The saying: “under-promise and over-deliver” applies well here. We are extremely happy with both this team and our River Pool.
