They did a great job, they're efficient, organized and friendly.
This is the very first window that we have ever bought & to be honest, it is quite an investment. When purchasing our bathroom window, the salesman never confirmed which "finish" we wanted for the glass & the finish they chose was NOT the one that I would have picked. After it was installed, we talked to our salesman, and he said it would be an additional $150 to change out the glass. We already spent $500 on our small bathroom window, so I'm just not happy about that fact.
I highly recommend them and they did a wonderful job.
The two that installed our shower door were so helpful and professional. They even went above-and-beyond, by fixing the front door . Highly recommend Jones Paint and Glass
Beautiful job, with nice and accommodating people.
I am very pleased with my new shower door. It is very beautiful.
Jones Paint and Glass has always been excellent to work with me. I cannot remember how many windows I've had replaced by them. They have always been really good in the 30 years that I have worked with them.
I had a really good experience.
I started the process of getting windows installed in August and with months of delays, re-measurements and failed installs it was finally finished Dec 27th. I wanted to get it done as soon as possible and made them aware of this since the property is a rental. During the measuring and pricing period the salesman sent me the order and I replied that we should go ahead and get it done (this was already weeks into the process). I later became aware that he had a health issue and was on leave however, every time I called, the receptionist was extremely rude. This receptionist offered nothing more than to start the entire process of re-measuring and pricing all over again regardless of already having a purchase order number with both pricing and measurements. A re-measurement would have been another 3 weeks followed by 3 weeks to have windows/door built. The salesman did finally get back to me and apologized for the lack of internal communication and ultimately we continued with the original order (the salesman was very nice). I understand things come up for people however, Jones Paint and Glass needs a better process to manage customers when something like this happens. Once the install started, one window was measured wrong and had to be redone (3 weeks). During this process we had a door on backorder but once it was finally completed, it ended up being measured wrong so it had to be redone (3 weeks). At the end of all this they did manage to get the job done, but there was not only tons of interruptions to the tenant but the installers wouldn't show up at scheduled times and there is sheetrock/painting work that needs to be done due to the install.
