We are delighted with the home that Ridgeline built for us. Jeff Nichols, our contractor, and his crew were exceptional in all ways. Jeff and our architect worked very well together which made the process very easy. We would recommend Ridgeline to others without hesitation.

In searching for a builder. I had met with a number of different contractors and discovered that Ridgeline Construction was the most in tune with my building needs. We couldn't be happier with our entire building experience. From start to finish Ridgeline was upfront and professional with us, with no hidden surprises. After going through a building experience with another builder that was not very good, Ridgeline has renewed our faith that building can be rewarding and fun. Professional & Organized - We can't say enough about Ridgeline's business processes. The two principals work extemely well together in setting goals with the client, presenting alternatives when they see them as beneficial to our needs, and communicating status. Much of the planning and building process took place while we were living in Russia so communication might have been a challenge but wasn't. They made it work well.

Punchlist

Punchlist - Followup was excellent. One of their key foreman was dedicated to us as needed after we moved in. Punchlist items were addressed very timely and in a very organized manner. We are fully satisfied.

We never had to wonder as to the status of the project - despite us living in Russia for much of the time - and any decisions required by us were timely identified and brought to our attention to keep the project on schedule.

Ridgeline developed a system that shepherd us through the entire design/build process, which significantly reduced our anxiety of building our home from long distance. By maintaining the highest level of business ethics and first rate quality they certainly exceeded our expectations beyond our imagination.
