I AM REFERRING TO YOUR TECHNICIAN JIM RETCLIFFE. I HAD MANY TECHNICIANS COME TO MY HOUSE BUT NEVER SOMEONE LIKE JIM. IF YOUR QUESTIONS HAD A 10 INSTEAD OF A 4 YES HE WOULD GET THAT. HE IS EVERY THING YOU ASKED PLUS HE HAD A WONDERFUL SENSE OF HUMOR WHICH MY SISTER AND I LIKED. KUDOS TO JIM.
