very professional techs came to my home & introduced themselves. they wore Property Damage Restoration uniforms. they completed their work in a timely professional manner and to my satisfaction. they cleaned up afterward.

Upon finding my home flooding, called my plumber who recommended Property
Damage Restoration to come to evaluate the damage. In Less than 2 hours, and also before my plumber, Property Damage Restoration arrived
with with more equipment than I could imagine. I met the manager, Jodi Giblin. She said her crew were ready to help. I asked what she wanted me to do. She asked me to stand aside and her crew went to work. They had dozens of fans on and mops drying the floors. They started to remove about 2 1/2 ft to 3 ft of sheet rock from the walls and loading and removing the trash into dumpsters to be hauled away. My plumber has
used Property Damage Restoration for many years and highly recommended them. I'm very pleased with their professionalism. We still have a lot of work to do. I feel more confident all the time.

There were a few questionable decisions they were wanting to do and wanted to rip out things that did not need to get ripped out. We got it resolved.

Property Damage Restoration was professional and detailed and they kept the rest of my home clean while working on the house.

I think they tore up things that didn't need to be torn up in my house, and it just left more of a problem when people came to fix it. I feel like they did that because they wanted the job to fix it.

I think it was overpriced. I paid them for water remediation, and they overcharged me for what they did. They tore out sheetrock and didn't put it back together. The quote wasn't very transparent on what it included. I had another company quote the same job for the same price, but they were going to reset the property back to the same state it was in.

They did a great job.

What they omitted, and what they accommodated, it was just that they care about my husband with cancer. They were very conscientious about making sure we were satisfied. The big takeaway was to make sure the job was done right and to our satisfaction.

Property Damage Restoration is great at everything they do. They have done a wonderful job as the plane was put in the 23rd of July. They were here two weeks ago to install the cabinet in the bathroom and paint.
All I'm waiting on is the granit countertop for the bathroom and the sink. It's been two weeks and that's lengthy. Time is my only hesitation with Property Damage Restoration. The workers are great and polite. It could take forever to get restoration. As far as mitigation, it got done right away.

I was satisfied because they have great communication ad it is at a convenient location.
