We have known Rob Hellyer, the owner of Premier Remodeling, for decades. We know him to be highly organized and ethical. We have used Premier for 3 projects: 1. He replaced all our galvanized pipes with PEX and then repaired all the sheetrock, plumbing, etc involved and repainted the entire interior of the house. 2. He re-roofed our home while we were out of the country. (We trust him that completely.) 3. This project was a complete restoration and remodel of the downstairs and garage of our flood-damaged home along with installation of 23 new windows. The remodel is beautiful.
Premier Remodeling is a professional and competent company that employs contractors who are dedicated to quality work and knowledgeable in their respective work areas.
They did a good job.
All of the workers were professional and courteous. One night when the roofers were finished working, they stayed late to make sure the house was secure until I came back from the grocery store before they left. I really appreciated that.
Everything about Premier Remodeling and Construction was more than satisfactory. I can not think of one negative thing to say about my experience. Everyone from the plumbers and electricians were very pleasant. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Premier Remodeling handled a renovation of the back of our house, a kitchen remodel and bathroom floor tiling. We met with the designers to help us maximize use in what is an older and smaller kitchen space, and they and the contractor had great ideas on how to do that. During the work, we received regular email updates, and the contractor initiated regular in-person meetings to discuss design details and changes as the work progressed. He even sent us photos when we were out of town for the holidays. All the work was done in a professional manner, and the site was cleaned and organized after every work day. The job was finished in a reasonable timeframe. We highly recommend Premier Remodeling, it was great to have people who have experience and pride in their work do this remodel for us.
Easier Than Expected - I have used Rob before so I knew I was getting- a professional contractor that I could trust with my home.
Professional & Organized - Work was completed by the estimated completion date of the contract, even though Hurricane Ike blew through in the middle of the project. Bob Johnson, our job supervisor, bought a generator so that work could continue while we were without power.
Additional Comments - The contractor we had, Bob, was wonderful. We talked 4 or 5 times a day.
Additional Comments - There was a lot of re-work and delays and I was disappointed in that, BUT, Rob always made it right 100%. He worked very hard and professioinally to make sure we were completely satisfied and we certainly are. He also did a terrific job on some warranty work regarding our steam unit and our some mirrors that were repeatedly delivered broken.
Additional Comments - They did a great job. We are very happy and pleased with the work. Any problems we did have were not really their fault. They did the best they could to remedy the situation that arose.
