Areas Of Satisfaction - The final product was exactly how we imagined the addition would look. Post designers also worked with us in the beginning stages to have us to do some of the work ourselves for the benefit of cost savings.

Where to start? My experiences. Post Designers and Builders have constructed two separate 550+ square foot additions to my house. Construction included complicated tie-ins to existing roofs, demolition of entire walls, 25' steel beam installations, plumbing, electrical, and finishing. Their workmanship is best judged by the fact that they almost always pass Fairfax County inspections on the first go; if, on the extremely rare occasion, not, it's always just a "tweek." Pride of workmanship is evident both inside and outside the walls. Proof of my satisfaction is that they will be constructing a 3rd addition.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Tell them what you want; they draw it up and get it done. Their wealth of knowledge regarding what is doable and what is not saves both time and money. They do not need to be micro-managed; they do not need to be "managed" at all. They bring in the experts (e.g., engineering) only when necessary and their subcontractors are reliable and professional. Any shortfalls are immediately addressed and corrected. Their firm is comprised of nice, hardworking, flexible people -- one can't ask for more than what I've outlined, in my opinion.
