Employees - Everyone from start to finish was great. We started with Nate, and he was very informative, and extremely patient with our decision making. Not once did we ever feel pressured to make a decision. Our job supervisor, Josh, was a pleasure to work with! He was very professional, kind, and dedicated to our satisfaction. It was very easy to communicate with him, and he was excellent at keeping us informed on the progress, as well as the changes. This was a big deal to us and he made us very comfortable all along the way. I must note that the crew was great too. Todd spent a lot of time here, did excellent work, and was also patient with our requests. He’s great! Electricians Chad and Jorge were also very friendly, and did a great job with the lights!! Everyone from the office was very friendly and helpful too!

Trade Contractors

Trade Contractors - The carpet and drywall installers were great. They were friendly, respected our house and did a good of keeping areas clean.

Work Done Right - There were only a few minor things that we wanted to be adjusted, but Josh was awesome at making sure we were satisfied!

It was so nice to have the Pennings workers show up every day on time, and work all day instead of constant breaks or running for supplies. I was really impressed that there was never ANY questionable language from them that you hear from other companies. So rare these days for that to happen.
