They are a rip off and very unprofessional. They overcharged for work they did not do. I am suing the company as we speak. That’s not cool to take money from people because they think insurance has it all.
This company was so easy to work with. Always showed up on time and completed the work they said they were going to. Excellent craftsmanship, friendly workers and always responsive to my needs. I would recommend them highly.
The main thing I was impressed by was Mark and how attentive he was to all of our questions and he was very good at educating me on the process.

Area Of Satisfaction - Absolutely Dry, LLC took the time to answer every question we had and the entire crew was polite and courteous. I have already shared my experience with co-workers who live in this area and they have saved the business name and phone number for future reference. Although we hope never to need to use them again, if a need does arise, we will call them immediately.Allstate did a fine job in answering all of our inquires and guiding us through the process. I have been with Allstate for a long time, as was my father before me, and an experience like this supports that decision. During the claims process there was some confusion but Jacob took the time to explain everything and we are happy with the results.
Additional Comments - No one wants to experience any type of damage to their home but when something does happen, they definitely want the process to address / fix it to be as easy as possible. Absolutely Dry and Allstate both made the process to fix / address our issue easy.
