The safety and health of our customers as well as our own team members are extremely important to us at Pennings & Sons. Our entire company is currently following all CDC guidelines regarding the use of PPE (i.e. masks, gloves, etc.), practicing 6-foot social distancing, and washing hands/using hand sanitizer frequently.
Our phone lines continue to operate during regular business hours and we are currently accepting new project consultations, being set up for when the stay-at-home order is officially lifted.
I have used Pennings Handyman Services on two diffrent occasions. Once to repair an exterior door and some moulding and then to install two Larson storm doors. Their employees show up when they say they will and do top quality work. I have been very pleased with there services and will call them again if needed. I would recommend them to anyone.

The quality of material used was first rate, the supervision and customer relations was exceptional, and the work was superior. The end product exceeded our expectations. We were extremely happy with our selection of a contractor!
From planning through execution to completion and follow up the work of the Pennings staff was beyond our expectations. Top rate in every aspect. We would select them to work with on any future project without hesitation.

It was so nice to have the Pennings workers show up every day on time, and work all day instead of constant breaks or running for supplies. I was really impressed that there was never ANY questionable language from them that you hear from other companies. So rare these days for that to happen. We have no complaints from this company, and plan on hiring them again for our next project!

Exceeded Expectations - The overall quality of craftsmanship to complete the project. The attention to detail. Several instances of surprise details to our project that we didn't expect but have left us with a feeling that the craftsman cared personally to make the outcome of our project exceptional.
My remodeling project involved much more than I had anticipated, but the final result was far greater than any expectations I may have had. They guided me toward products of quality; great windows, cabinetry, etc that has been well worth the cost. They are all about long term value. My dad had a saying: "Do it right or do it over". Pennings and Sons are from the first category. They were professional in every respect, and all of them honestly were great to work with.
Exceeded Expectations - I was unaware of their design service. My number one priority was that the odd little cement block cottage we started with, and the addition to make it a year round home could NOT look like an addition. They listened to what I liked (a historic look, symmetry, wide woodwork and trim, lots of glass to enjoy the views of the water. They visited my former historic home to see what I was about, and then proposed their service. I decided to try it and they nailed the exterior on the first try...a country style Greek Revival reproduction. The interiors are anything but, with interesting angles, lots of glass, privacy in personal spaces, and openness in public spaces, and detail beautifully executed everywhere. They charge for this service, but then applied a percentage of it toward the job, making it exceptional value.
