My Door Company understood my request right from the start. They also communicated very well regarding the timeline and followed up with me to get my decisions regarding the design, the type of glass, and the hardware to be used. The installation required a good portion of a day, but they were working with 113+ year old brick and mortar on the house. My Door Company followed up with me as to how the door is working post-installation and are responsive to questions and concerns. Their knowledge of doors and installation on older homes is excellent. It's clear that the company is passionate about doors. They take great pride in their workmanship and customer service.
