Truly amazing company from a service and quality perspective. The doors are beautiful and the customizations are fantastic. We could not have had a better experience.

I’ve known the Hilton family for over 50 years. They’ve always been known for quality woodworking so when it came time to put a front door on my own house, there was no doubt who was going to get the work! Tim, Reed, and the rest of the crew put together a beautiful and solid front door, which has really dressed up the front of our house. We sincerely appreciate the attention to detail and the patience that they showed during the process. I sincerely doubt that there’s anyone in this region that can do a better job. Kudos!

Working with Chris made getting a custom door a simple and excellent experience
The door is awesome

The quality and look of the door blows away the old door!

They were excellent and they did the job in four hours. They took out my old frame and installed a new frame. I couldn't expect anything better. It was an expensive door and they did a great job.

Able to customize our door without an outrageous price tag.

Their quality and service was absolutely amazing. We have been through the ringer on another round of doors, three actually, before getting involved with them. Their ability to step up, measure, work with us, and deliver ahead of schedule a door that is beyond compare. It's fantastic and exactly what we needed after past experiences.

The door is beautiful. We have received so many compliments from visitors. The process was smooth and professional. Communication was optimal. Very original design.

Incredible service from beginning to end and the customization was incredible.

Everyone involved did what they said they would do, in the timeframe promised, with open communication. They guys in the shop are true craftsmen who take pride in their work, and are passionate about it.

On time - terrific product and great people. No surprises

Their customer service and workmanship are unmatched. We have rarely found businesses who are as committed to excellence as My Door Company is. It was a pleasure to work with them and we recommend them without reservation.

Great people to work with. We are very satisfied.

We had the My Door Co. team build a fully custom 'vintage style' wood door for our 1949 brick bungalow in Park Hill, replacing the original (which was in rough condition and would stick so that it couldn't be opened, and let snow blow in underneath it each winter!).

I had some design ideas that I shared when meeting with Chris for the initial consult (based on a 1930s door from the UK I'd seen), and he walked me through all of our options when it came to wood type, glass types, stain, etc. He was extremely knowledgeable, as well as being thorough and responsive, so they were very easy to work with. We signed a contract in March after reviewing the initial drawing, and paid a deposit, with an estimated install timeframe of around late September (they are busy and booked out, and for good reason!).

September rolled around: Chris coordinated the install seamlessly, and the team that came to install the door were fast, friendly, and very detail-oriented. They are true craftsmen, and were exceptionally tidy - you couldn't even tell anyone had been there after they were done working! They also removed our old door and heavy storm door and hauled them away for us.

The door itself is truly a work of art - it is constructed of sturdy, quarter-sawn white oak (stained in 'special walnut') with thick panes of seedy/seeded glass that give it a vintage look. It completely changes the curb appeal and feel of our old house, and I am absolutely delighted with it. I am an admitted perfectionist with very high standards, and I was completely blown away by the craftsmanship and quality of work. The new door opens, closes, and latches perfectly, and blocks so much more outdoor noise than our old door: our living room is noticeably quieter now as a result.

Our door is SO BEAUTIFUL, and the guys at the company were delightful to work with.

We couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience with My Door Company. Chris was responsive and knowledgeable. The time frame predicted (started the process in January and estimated completion and install in June. Install completed in August) was inaccurate but we were told in advance and why the delay was occurring. The door is gorgeous. Install was easy and much faster than anticipated.

They are high quality with great service, I absolutely recommend.

My door is everything I hoped for. Their craftsmanship is just beautiful. The entire team is exceptionally professional from first contact to installation and follow-up. I have had a number of compliments on my door and people walking by and cars stopping to take photos.

Outstanding service and superior product

My wife and I originally saw My Door Company several years ago at the home and garden show, we were impressed but custom was not in the budget back then. Forward to this year, I come across an old Buisness card that I had saved,, My Door Company!
My wife and I discussed it and agreed let's see what they have to offer. All I can say is,, mind blown!! Absolutely understood exactly what we wanted.

If you are in the market for a custom door, we'll let me spell it for you. M Y D O O R C O M P A N Y!!! that is the only name you need to know.

Thank you very much for exceptional work and instalation.

Extremely high quality work as well as a unique focus on customer satisfaction that isn’t seen often. Just a phenomenal company to work with.

Very pleased with our new door! The professionalism and quality of work was impeccable! THANK YOU!

All employees were more than thoughtful, knowledgeable, & kind

Reed does excellent work and designed, built, and installed a beautiful wood door that works perfectly for my 1923 Tudor. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality door.

Pretty much seamless. It’s clear you guys care.

Amazing Job working to get what we wanted, lovely product.

Chris was a joy to work with and we are extremely satisfied with our new door!

Great team! Everyone is professional and great communication.

Pleasure to work with and will recommend to anyone needing a "real" front door.

Beautiful craftsmanship and the highest quality, we couldn't be more pleased with our new door! The service throughout the entire process was outstanding. Great communication during the entire process.

Excellent craftsmanship and installation quality!

Awesome team within an awesome company. Went above and beyond for our project

Wonderful experience from beginning to end!

My Door Company understood my request right from the start. They also communicated very well regarding the timeline and followed up with me to get my decisions regarding the design, the type of glass, and the hardware to be used. The installation required a good portion of a day, but they were working with 113+ year old brick and mortar on the house. My Door Company followed up with me as to how the door is working post-installation and are responsive to questions and concerns. Their knowledge of doors and installation on older homes is excellent. It's clear that the company is passionate about doors. They take great pride in their workmanship and customer service.

Outstanding quality! Several of our neighbors have expressed interest in the doors.

Excellent build and installation

This company was professional, worked with us to get the best design & colors for both the interior & exterior, was on time with good value

I can only recommend mydoor co if you want to go beyond your expectations.

My Door replaced two doors for us. The scheduling and pricing was handled by my HOA, so I'm unfamiliar with those details. However--I'm very pleased with the quality of the doors. The crew was careful to install and adjust each door properly. They were also friendly and answered all my questions during the installation.

If you’re looking to upgrade the entrance to your home, look no further. I can attest, My Door Company designs and builds quality doors that are also very beautiful. The company also provides exceptional service. From start to finish, the process of working with My Door Company was very smooth.

The whole process was well executed. Reed was prompt and courteous in all communication. He worked with us on the design side to ensure we had the door of dreams. He was flexible with the builder of our house for installation. Tim and Reed were efficient and thoughtful when installing the door. The door itself is phenomenal! The precision and craftsmanship is unmatched. We are beyond happy with the whole process and the door. It will be a beautiful way to welcome people into our new home.

We had three custom doors made. One was for an awkward space in an old pole barn. The doorway was exceptionally tall and wide and the surface underneath a bit uneven and the walls unfinished. No worries! The door is spectacular with a wide threshold and jamb and an overhead window. The finished product is stunning. Greatly appreciated the attention to detail at every level, adding a trim piece under one of the interior doors and a piece of trex under the exterior door to make it more weather (and snow shovel) resistant. I don’t have any experience with knotty alder, and it turned out beautifully. My husband and I were unsure of colors and ended up going with Chris’s and Reed’s recommendations and opting for a split finish, which was so masterfully done.

We looked for a new door at a few door places. None seemed as professional with the likelihood of a trouble-free job as My Door Company did. We also had a recommendation from a neighbor. So we had high expectations and My Door Company satisfied them in full. I will recommend them without any reservation.

Beautiful work, efficient install, easy to communicate with staff.

These 2..... Chris and Reed totally exceeded our expectations. The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectation. The installation was clean, took 1 day for installation, 1/2 day for touch up a couple days later. Our door is beautiful and 100% custom. Rustic walnut outside, poplar inside. 40 in door panels with 14 inch sidelites. Aquatex glass with Low-E3/Argon. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for Custom Entry Doors. These guys knocked it out of the park.
