Great product. Unfortunately, installation process did not go well. Some of the parts needed for installation were missing and had to reordered. Communication with company was slow and our concerns were not addressed in a timely fashion.

what is the process to cancel contract with in the three day period? The paperwork is missing (unreadable) that information due to printing issues.
