It’s hard for me to recommend a company where we had hardly any communication from beginning to end
I would like to give a Zero for my rating.
Communication was a nightmare. They showed up to do our roof and we did not even know they were coming.
It's been a year and all the problems that their roofers caused are still here.
They damaged my driveway.
Lee Paulson was very helpful in the process of getting my roof situated. He made it very easy.
I liked that they were local and I could go in and talk to whoever I needed to.
They did it in a timely fashion. We did have a problem where they damaged one of our skylights. When I tried to contact them it was a struggle to get anyone to do anything about it. They completed the roof on October 31, 2018, and we were still messing around with them as of April and May of 2019, trying to get things completed.
Lyon Homes Enterprises had a lien put on my home because they did not pay their subcontractors.
because they have left me with a lien against my house by their sub-contractor, which will probably cost me $$$$. WE'RE VERY UPSET!!!!!!!!!
already have, Five have sign with you
never recommend
I had a roof installed by them around the 14th or 15th of January this past year. As far as I know, the installation of the roof was okay, but there were some issues. Number one, the vents they put in for the exhaust fans in the bathrooms and the dryer vents were black. That was fine with me. I never told anybody to do anything with them but somebody took it upon themselves after they were installed to paint them white. They did a lousy job. There's overspray all over the brand new shingles. The supervisor from Lyon Home Enterprises was there with me while this was going on and I said to him, "What in the world is he doing?" And, he said, "I really doing know." First of all, the overspray was going on the shingles. There was paint running all over it. He said they would take care of it. I asked him how they were going to take care of it, and he said they were going to paint them black again. I said, "No, you'll replace them." It took a while, but they did come out and replace them. That part was fine. I don't know if someone asked the installer to do it. I don't think he would take it upon himself to do it, but anyway, they fixed that. The roof probably wasn't finished more than 2 or 3 weeks, and an awful lot of the gravel that was on the shingles was now in my downspouts. It was all over the yard where the downspouts place the water. So, I called Lyon Home Enterprises and they said the sales rep at the time, Joe McMahon would come out. When he came out, he said, "There is something bad wrong with this roof." There's loose gravel all over the roof. I have a walk-out roof that they didn't put shingles on. They put like a membrane-type thing on it. It was loaded with gravel from the shingles. So, he said, "This is definitely going to be a problem. I will take care of it." To this day, it still hasn't been taken care of. The only time I hear from Lyon Home Enterprises is when I make the call. So, I'm about up to my eyebrows with frustration over the fact that nothing has been done. I can't blame them totally, because they aren't the manufacturer. GAF is, but I feel like I should not be involved with GAF. I didn't buy these shingles from GAF. Lyon Home Enterprises did and they are defective. They have been on this roof and taken pictures of the shingles to send to GAF and it just seems like we are operating at a snail's pace. The shingles were removed and the samples were requested to be sent to GAF in New Jersey and they didn't receive the pictures and samples of the shingles and whatever else they were requesting until the 7th or 8th of July. I finally called GAF. I found this out myself by calling GAF. A GAF rep was supposed to be here early on in this process. We will say around the beginning of February. They haven't been here yet. There's no communication from anybody at GAF or Lyon Home Enterprises with me. Any time we have a conversation, I have to initiate. That's kind of where we are right now. I still have a defective roof. The people that have been on the roof claim that the roof looks like it is a 15 to18-year-old roof and it's only 6-7 months old. That's why I'm not at all happy and wouldn't recommend them to anybody else at this stage of the game because they haven't taken care of me. I honestly don't know what they are waiting on. If they have an issue with GAF, that's between them and Lyon Home Enterprises. I'm the customer and I'm the guy that's suffering because my roof hasn't been replaced yet. I think that's pretty much all I can say at this stage of the game.
They contracted a third-party and the third party did a lousy job. The roof is leaking in the walls and everywhere.
would reccomend if they would respond to phone calls, call back after leaving voice messages.
They weren't very professional. They kept putting me off. And now that they think it's done, my ceiling looks awful. And I can't get ahold of them.
They did horrible work.
The guy was really nice, he came back and made some corrections. The quality of the guys that put the roof on was not that great. They had to come back and redo some of it. They were supposed to remove the gutters and put them back on and they didn't do that. They roofed right over some things that needed to be removed. The roofers y'all used, I was not pleased at all with them.
It was a disaster and horrible, everything they didn't do.
There wasn't too much followup. I did not get much updates.
Never.

could not tell the truth to any question
Recognized Excellence - The salesman was really very good, but I can't remember his name. I thought he was good. He was nice, and he always answered calls.
I have seen quality work from this company in the past, hence the reason I chose them. Unfortunately when it came down to it, the entire process was shameful. Communication was extremely poor from the beginning. The only person I could get to return calls was the salesman, Bill, who at that point sh... more
The business name Sky Pro & Painting and Designed†does not describe the breadth of the company. The workers have many skills beyond painting. I used Skyy to renovate a townhouse top to bottom.
