Areas Of Satisfaction - The sub contractors that Legacy used on our project have been very knowledgeable and professional and worked with Legacy for a long time. Mike has been very detail oriented and stayed on budget and ahead of schedule.

Mike and all the trades people were extremely professional and timely. We finished within the projected timeline very very little down time or obstacles. Mike kept us advised of the process all along the way, and was easily accessible if needed.

Areas For Improvement - The project took longer than expected and was more involved than anticipated due to structural defect in the kitchen ceiling that needed to be addressed before the renovation could be completed.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The subcontractors and employees were meticulous in their work. They were courteous and professional and cleaned up the work area every day. They also arrived when they said they would. Mike was excellent at communicating about the schedule and what work would be completed when.

We met Mike of Legacy D&C at a home show and thats where the professionalism started. The remodel was beyond our expectations. When something needed to be addressed the crew was right on it. It still brings a smile when think about the before as compared to how it looks now!

Additional Comments - You can't go wrong with Mike and crew at Legacy!

We've had Legacy do one major renovation, complete first floor remodel (kitchen, powder room, floors, doors windows) and one smaller project (hall bathroom). Both projects were meticulously managed - subcontractors were well coordinated and exceptionally respectful that they were working in our house, keeping the job sites as clean as possible at all times. The quality of the work was without compromise. Even for appliance installation that was being handled by the appliance installer, Mike had his crews onsite to accommodate any unexpected needs of the installers, which there were a few. Without coordination like that, the installation would have needed to be spread out over a considerably longer time. We recommend Legacy Design & Construction without hesitation.

Mike is there every day to make sure everything are in place. He paid attention to detail and also have an eye for design detail. You can dream of it, he will make it happen.
