We have done several home renovations with different contractors. JJ's was the best in terms of keeping to the contracted pricing, efficiency, quality, creativity, and communication with the customer. The subs were all great to work with also. We would definitely use them again.

Punchlist - What’s a punchlist?

I used JJs in 2000 for a two story addition on my 1927 home which included new kitchen, master suite and bath, redo two other baths and family room and 2nd floor laundry addition. They were on time, on cost, and excellent quality. When in 2017 I needed a revision to the laundry room to fit larger washers and dryers they promptly fit me into the schedule, did the job in one day and were reasonable in price. I have many other friends who have used other builders and been frustrated and disheartened. Jeff can be gruff interpersonally, but he is the bomb at being on time and honest. Do not pass up his services.

Jeff, his team and their subcontractors were all amazing! We went into this project with a completion date 2 weeks before we expected our first child. Jeff, Vic and team were great and even finished early! I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Jeff and team!

Areas Of Satisfaction - The subcontractors were top-notch, and the contractor was accessible at all times (except at night) and was on the site frequently. I especially liked his policy of only discussing changes with him and not with his subcontractors.

It has been my pleasure to recommend JJ's to many people over the years. JJ's comes in on time and on budget, has a staff that is wonderfully competent and easy to have around the house, and workmanship that is consistently top-notch.

I use Jeff for all of my improvements including my commercial remodels. I can always count on him being on time and on budget with no surprises. How he keeps track of all of the subs and gets them there I do not know but I guess I really do not care--He does it and does it consistently. I would highly recommend JJ's without reservation.
