Integrity Restoration is very quick. I have not had a big track recond with them. They were on time and I am impressed with how quickly they came. I am not at the end of the project yet.
I felt that they were more motivated by money than anything else which caused them to go above and beyond what needed to be done.
There have been too many difficulties with incompetent employees, and management and supervisory employees not showing up.
We are satisfied with the materials, but the insurance company paid for the materials. We are in the midst of rebuilding our walk-in shower, which is being conducted and managed by an individual named James. He is the most competent, respectable person that anyone could ever imagine to rebuild a walk-in shower. He's an absolute gentleman who has done what he can. In some cases, he has done what he's had to do with a minimum of assistance from other employees. I have nothing but 150% recognition for James' professionalism. He is getting ready to add the tile to our bathroom floor. He is absolutely wonderful. He is very, very respectful, and quite obviously very competent. But, we also had one employee who came here that I finally advised the sub-management that he should never come back, because he was coming at 9:30 or 10:00 in the morning and going for lunch for an hour and leaving at 2:30 to 3:00. Most people work for eight hours a day, and he was working for four hours a day. I finally told them that I didn't want to see them again. He wasn't doing anything. They have removed him, and I don't want to see him again in this house.
They did not fall short at all. They kept me well informed and I really appreciate that.
I was satisfied with the way they operated everything.
I think all the guys worked well and they kept my updated on what they were doing. I appreciated that very much.

During the water damage mitigation process Integrity Restoration lived up to their name. They provided excellent service and did what they said they were going to do in the time they said. They were very professional throughout the entire process and they did a great job!

The guy that did the installation was excellent. He kept us informed and was on time. He did it in one day, and I was quite surprised by it. It was an excellent experience.
