Yes, A.J. Perri came to my home quickly, since I had NO HEAT! I also have had a service contract for both heat & A/C. Within a relatively short time ( 1 Hr. & 15 min.) he had completed the Boiler repair (installed a new gas valve and new thermocouple). Yes, it was an efficient & professional job.... more

What causes large gaps between window frames and the brick of my home? It looks like someone tried to caulk it previously, but it just pulled away again.
