After waiting 5 weeks for service, I received an email on the Day of the service that the repairman was injured and to reschedule when I went to reschedule the person said that the reason I was bumped was that the repairman were busy with other customers and I would have to wait another 4 weeks

Your employees are very nice and explain everything they are going to do and give you a choice of what you can afford which is extremely important to us.
We had asked them to come in to bring out electric panel up to current code and to wire in and outlet and lights to our shed and gazebo at the same time. They were in and out in one day and completed everything we asked for and did a professional job of it.
I have had issues with all three of the technicians lately. One of the technicians forged my documents. I'm very unhappy about that. I'm seriously thinking of finding another maintenance company to do business with.

They put in a brand new furnace & central air system. After 2 months the furnace completely filled with soot and blew back into the duct work and house. Huge mess! Would not recommend.
