Well pump went out…quoted $6500 to fix…came out the next day and had no clue how to do it. Told me to call Skillings who came out and fixed it immediately for $1100. And Heritage charged me $189 for coming out twice…once to try to rip me off and then again to tell me they don’t know how to rip me off. I want my $189 back and I will tell everyone I know not to use Heritage

Excellent, fast, fast service at a fair price

First, I'd like to say "Thanks, Guys!" to Joe, Kevin and Josh who made me a very satisfied customer of Heritage. That's an incredible accomplishment on their part.....as I am not easily impressed and I'm a stickler for excellence in product, installers and customer service.
So, secondly I'd like to say "Thanks again, Guys!" All three of you deserve kudos for a job well done....exceeding my high expectations!!
Joe, Kevin and Josh....give yourselves the "pat on the back" that I would have given you upon leaving my home...if it were not for Covid.
