Well pump went out…quoted $6500 to fix…came out the next day and had no clue how to do it. Told me to call Skillings who came out and fixed it immediately for $1100. And Heritage charged me $189 for coming out twice…once to try to rip me off and then again to tell me they don’t know how to rip me off. I want my $189 back and I will tell everyone I know not to use Heritage

Excellent, fast, fast service at a fair price

First, I'd like to say "Thanks, Guys!" to Joe, Kevin and Josh who made me a very satisfied customer of Heritage. That's an incredible accomplishment on their part.....as I am not easily impressed and I'm a stickler for excellence in product, installers and customer service.
So, secondly I'd like to say "Thanks again, Guys!" All three of you deserve kudos for a job well done....exceeding my high expectations!!
Joe, Kevin and Josh....give yourselves the "pat on the back" that I would have given you upon leaving my home...if it were not for Covid.

This company does quality work and has experienced technicians. I am just a little dismayed that the part needed to repair my furnace is not readily available.

HVAC work that was done seems to have corrected the reported issues with the older unit. But also had electrical work scheduled on a generator and it was canceled last minute again. The first time for a family emergency by the worker, which I understand, but this time two weeks after the first scheduled appointment for lack of parts because they were going to purchase the parts as they are driving to the job. This does not seem like an acceptable answer as they should have already had the parts two weeks prior when they were originally scheduled to do the job.

The Heritage team installed a new tub/ shower unit and did a fabulous job!

Heritage always sends someone right away in an emergency. The technitions are honest and well informed.

price was way too high.If I had the tools I would have done it myself. All he did was replace bathroom sink water shut offs. $500.00+!

Every problem I needed fixed was taken care of, there was routine maintenance plus two repairs.

I have NEVER paid $227.00/hour for labor to any one, including my heart Doctor.

The technician are punctual and work efficiently, well stocked with needed materials and always leave the work site clean. Also they explain any problems they see and leave notes of what work they did and suggestions of what other service I might consider to improve my system.

I would highly recommend this company. They came on time, did the work, cleaned up and showed and told us all they did.

Heritage has always been available to perform needed repairs in a short period of time. I do not know if they are competitive with other plumbing and heating contractors but they do an excellent job.
