The people that came to the house and did the work did an absolutely fantastic job. They were careful with the house and professional, and they left the area very clean after they were done. They were careful about our personal space and made sure we were comfortable with their presence here. They gave an adequate amount of good heads up prior to them coming to the house. Outside of all that, the project management piece from managing the expectations as to when they're going to do the work, how long it will take, what they're going do exactly, and all the projects in between, were absolutely phenomenal. I have been through a lot of stuff with the house, and I have never seen anything like them. I am very happy with them.

Gulf Coast Builders installed new front doors for us and a new transom over the doors. Despite a mistake resulting in a major set back, they corrected their error and the end result is a beautiful entranceway. They were honest and went out of their way to provide excellent installation. Mistakes happen, it is how a company handles themselves in a tough situation that shows what type of workmanship they choose to be remembered by. They impressed me with their excellent service and I would highly recommend them.

We chose Gulf Coast Builders from a variety of contractors because Chip Swann was so knowledgeable about the products that were best for our needs in Florida and the price was fair.We met with Chip at least three times to review the project and estimates making us feel very confident in our order and process. The installers were professional and experienced - so important with an older home. Daily clean up was appreciated! In addition, I ordered several Hunter Douglas window treatments that were perfectly installed! I highly recommend Chip and Gulf Coast Builders-as we have already to several neighbors.
