I appreciated the way Steve was upfront with what to expect, how the progression would work, what they would do, and when we were expected to play our part. I was particularly appreciative that final payment was not due until the system was inspected and approved, not when the team was done installing. This insures that we would never be left with a system that doesn't work and waiting for the company and the county to battle out the issue. They are easily able to abide by this because they passed both inspections the FIRST time :) (County and Power Co.) Thank you EGT.

We have had a few problem with our installation. We were informed that we needed a trench dug for new conduit, but they were not very informative on the details needed until after the trench was dug and then we were informed that we needed a permit and inspection. I feel that we should have had an explanation of all the information before the work began.
We were given very good information up front before we started the project, and the installation of the panels and solar tube lighting were done very efficiently.
System hasn’t been used yet. Still waiting for Idaho power.

I believe that initial analysis was well done. My goal was to Elemis ate the third tier IPC charges and it has done that. The size of my system was spot on.
I love the new enlighten app for the panel level read outs. I’m anxious to see the effectiveness of the various panel directions on summer output.

I think EGT Solar did a real good job. The salesperson told me when they started that they were not the most expensive or the least expensive. I think that's true, but I think they have a real good value and warranty on their work, and they were quick about getting in here and getting it done once they got the permits. I am 100% happy with it so far. The power company hasn't come out to put on the net meter so it's not actually working, but that's not EGT's thing. I am happy with the system so far and with everything that they've done, but I won't actually know until it gets turned on. It's just the process, but I am sure that if there were problems that EGT would be right out to fix them.
Install looks clean and professional. Despite there being a lot of wind while they were installing, there was very little garbage lost off the roof. All garbage and extra equipment was cleaned up and organized every day before the install crew left.
System is not operational yet if everything works as it is supposed to, the value will definitely be there.
Eli Bowles was the sales rep Eli was prompt in answering all our questions as well as being timely in getting us a quote and updating the sales docs. Josh Goedhart was very good during the install.
I think everything went well as a whole is going well. Eli made the process up to document signing extremely easy. Josh got the install done well before I had anticipated it being completed. The install looks very clean and professional.

They met my expectations with them cleaning up every day before they left, they covered their shoes before they came to the carpet, they helped with any questions or electrical problems that I had and explained how the system worked.

I would have to question the value. I don't know how much the value is when it comes to solar. I don't know if it makes the home pricier or not.
