The salesman Brent Perkins was great. Very knowledgeable and concerned when I got cold feet the first day the siding was going up. The folks at A&S siding did a really good job. Kevin, Bill, Zach, and Hugh all made the house look great!

They came in time, showed me exactly what their product is. Also compared warranties with other companies. I was impressed by their value.

While the sales presentation was too long (not the sales persons fault - this was the script Champion requires) I liked the fact that Champion windows are insulated. Additionally the installer was outstanding.

Windows came defective from the factory. Shouldn’t have had made it past your inspection before delivery or install. Haven’t heard back from reps about a solution for two weeks.

My experience with Dave miss ordering windows, sending people with not full product, going on my 4 day of a 1 day installment. Not good.

I will recommend the product and the salesman. We are happy with our product and the work Charlie put in to ensure we received new upgraded windows. We were also happy with both install crews who came to our home. They were quick and efficient. As for the office staff that is another story. As stated below in my review super disappointed with the timeliness of returning calls, emails, or text messages. As a customer who is spending over 20k we were not important to them. It was all about the money coming in and making sure we did our part in a timely fashion. To improve they in the office need to be better and more professional about this considering the money people are spending on their products.
