During the assessment process, each child receives a comprehensive functional assessment that identifies core deficits and problem behaviors that may be interfering with the child’s ability to learn and participate in daily life at home, school and in the community. Every child’s program is individualized to meet his or her needs, learning style and guided by what is developmentally expected.

Should I be worried that external doors in my home are shifting to a point that I can't lock them without lifting them up?
I would be concerned... sounds like you have some sort of issue if the gap is gettting larger. I definantely would contact a local professional door installer.
What laws regulate builders putting workers at risk, and buyers at risk by not following code, industry guidelines, and manufactures instructions.
