Continuum Autism Spectrum Alliance serves Philadelphia and the greater Pennsylvania area. During the assessment process, each child receives a comprehensive functional assessment that identifies core deficits and problem behaviors that may be interfering with the child’s ability to learn and participate in daily life at home, school and in the community. Every child’s program is individualized to meet his or her needs, learning style and guided by what is developmentally expected.

We have a 1300 sq ft brick ranch style house we are slowly remodeling. I would like to add a front porch with open gable roof with exposed stained beams.

Lisa,  A project like this can range in cost.  A Good starting point for front porches can be around $115/square foot.

Sounds like inadequate venting for the drain lines. Could have been build this way or maybe a clog has developed in the vent pipe. Such as birds or squrrels building a nest in the vent pipe up on the ... read more
