The guys working on the pool didn't seem to know what they were doing and I'm a little concerned about the pool freezing this year.

Not the one that set ours up
For the most part I'm happy. At the end of the job the corner of our new concrete around the pool was hit with machinery. It is cracked all the way through. We have contacted them twice and no one has made an effort to come and fix it.
Our deck jets are still not fixed. They have never really worked correctly.
They are not responsive for appointments.
Our salesman Zack couldn't have been any better! The delivery guys were very helpful and courteous also.
In years past I would have recommended Burton, but this year all I have had is a bunch of problems since my pool was opened up in March.
