Always had good service from Burton, but this time was not the best service. I had a new liner put in my pool and it took forever. Each time they came out it was someone different and they didn’t know what they were coming for.

During construction my wife and I had to go behind the crew to o clean the garbage from the yard. After I told the crew and foreman not to take down my fence (I have large double gate), they took it down and a wind storm came up and broke that panel. The contractor who does the deck concrete, argued with me about how I wanted the deck to be with no plastic drain. I have requested through the foreman to have his boss Mr. Moore contact me. Apparently the GM doesn’t care.
We feel like the service is ok. We wish we would have started on the right foot forward when everything was made from the sale point to the delivery but there were so many hiccups along the way that when they try to fix it it just made us have a bad taste for the service. They went ahead and fix the problems once we kept insisting that some things were miscommunicated and missing. I think they just need to work on getting salesmen people who are committed to taking care of your every step of the way..
No matter how much information I give up front it never seems to work as planned or as it should have
The quality of the work done by Burton Pools during the installation was unacceptable. Communication is very difficult with leadership and Burton Pools have given the perception that their responsibilities for their products and their customers end once they receive their money. I will recommend anyone who is considering Burton Pools and Spas to strongly consider another company.
I do not understand why I’m receiving this survey. Our pool was built over 20 years ago and you’re just now wanting my opinion!
They did not come and did not call
The men from the fire department were very nice and conscientious of their work and also the electrician that came and fixed my burn out was very nice
They started strong but the further we got into the process, the less timely work progressed. Construction began March 3 and We were told the process would take a total of 4-5 weeks. We swam on May 1 but it is now June 17 and we still do not have our fence, nor have we gotten our “lesson” and cleaning supplies, and there are still a few smaller items on the punch list - a piece of wood stuck in the concrete steps, exposed grounding wires, and a stain allowance for the downhill wall.
I would highly recommend them for construction. However, I would be hesitant based on the quality of the service department after the initial installation.
My first experience was with Whitlee Rainwater back in Nov/Dec 2019 when I was looking to buy a house in Fayetteville and build a pool. Whitlee was very knowledgeable, passionate and very customer oriented. We did not buy the house because we could not build a pool (setback issues/gas line). However, we ended up buying a house in Elm Springs that had a pool that Burton had built back in 2018. A pool tech came out in Dec 2019 and did a pool inspection for us. I cannot remember his name but he was very knowledge and took time to explain how the system worked. At this point, I would say Burton Pools was exceptionally good. My next encounter was with another tech but I cannot remember his name. I had a leak and he fixed fairly quick. But, he was not very familiar with the system on the pool. He said he would get me an owners manual and bring it back to show me how the system worked. He never did. That was a little disappointing. Therefore, I going to give Burton a 4 out 5.
Burton did a fantastic job on our pool. We were very happy with the sales representative, the project manager, and the follow-up care we received. Our liner had a tiny tear in it within the first year and they replaced it free of charge for us without any hassle. I would highly recommend them.
There are some lumps of concrete under the liner. Overflow drain was buried 3 feet away from pool creates small camber and flooding my backyard. I end up add extension pipes. Remote control for the pumps and lights keeping dropout. They end up replace with WiFi controller and Technician having trouble trying to connect the WiFi. I end up correct the issue. Technician needs more training. Clean up after pool construction was not good, we end up clean up ourselves.
Any time I speak with someone about pool construction or repair, I tell them my positive experience with Burton.
Their customer service is top notch. We'd definitely recommend Burton!
We were very happy with our experience with Burton Pools and Spas. Our salesperson, Zach, was very knowledgable and responsive when we had questions. The hot tub arrived on schedule and installation was hassle free. We also received a follow up call after installation from the store manager to make sure everything was good. Very satisfied with the hot tub and service!
This is my second home that I've had re-roofed with them and they did a great job. They came out on the weekend to give me a quote and to start some of the work. They were very prompt in responding to all of my needs. I was very pleased with their service and I'm very happy with the end result.
