We could not be happier with our decision to go with Brentwood builders on our home remodel and room addition project! We talked to a few different builders before finding Brentwood but once we did we knew they were the right ones for the job. Their years of experience was a major factor in helping make us feel comfortable enough to choose them. Once we started working with them we were so impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, and the little things that are often taken for granted.

One of my biggest pet peeves is when ppl or companies say they are going to do something and don’t end up following through. With Brentwood they are truly a company who does what they say they are going to do.

Communication was always great. They kept us up to date and in the know of all things along the way. This was a major project that took months to complete. John truly cared about every little detail and did everything he could to ensure a job well done.

We were out of our house for a while during the project and he even took the time to hook up a sprinkler and help us water the grass seed from where construction happened. He worked with me on special accommodations outside of the norm that I had requested. This made his job more complicated but made me a very happy customer. During the project he went out of his way to help me figure out certain things that he wasn’t even responsible for taking care of. He truly cares about those he works with. I would not hesitate to recommend Brentwood builders to anyone looking to have a remodel/addition done and would be happy to talk to anyone about my experience.

This kitchen remodel is our second home project with Brentwood, after a home additon in 2017. They did a great job with both projects, and even with the materials and work shortages this year we had very few delays in the schedule, they had their subcontractors and materials/equipment ready. The site manager kept open communication with us throughout and the finished product is great.

Brentwood was very professional and answered all my questions quickly and honestly. They didn't try to push me into additional changes but gave ideas as the project went along as to things I might consider. I felt like a part of the team. I would definitely use them again for future renovations!
